My name is Taylor (Tay) and I have been playing FFXIV for about a year now! Don't let me near-sprout status frighten you. I've spent the last few months learning the ins and outs of FFXIV Housing design and want to share what I've learned with others!I specialize in simple but aesthetic designs that won't break the bank! As someone who operates with only a few million gil at a time, I put a focus on creating pretty spaces with what I can afford without using up all of my savings and I will use that mentality when approaching designs for others.I operate primarily in Halicarnassus [Dynamis] and in Mateus [Crystal]. I am willing to work in other DCs but furniture budgets will need to be adjusted as crafting furniture will not be an option. Terms, Conditions, and Prices

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- I primarily work on Halicarnassus [Dynamis] and Mateus [Crystal] as I have level 90 omni-crafters on both worlds. For an extra fee and increased furniture budget, I am willing to work on any server open to new characters.
_{I have an alt available on Balmung}- Base fee must be paid up front and furniture budget provided. Edits can be requested throughout the process but major design alterations may incur fees.- All payments are in Gil only. I will not accept RMTs.- Any unused furniture and remaining furniture budget Gil will be returned.- Please have ideas in mind before starting. I can work with simple descriptors such as cottagecore, witchy, rustic, and industrial as long as you are flexible on design. I also accept reference images but I will not directly copy someone else's work.- I am new to floating objects and still learning. If your idea requires a lot of floated large items, I will try my best but results may vary. Small objects are no problem!- I have the right to refuse a commission at any time. If the commissioner wishes to cancel their commission, the base price will be returned if the process has not started. If work has begun, the commissioner will receive half of the base fee.- Any desired objects that require significant grinding and cannot be acquired from the MB must be on hand and available in the estate before work begins.- If you wish to craft, purchase, or provide your own furnishings, I am happy to work with what is available. I can also work around designs that need improvements. Please be open to discussion via discord if you wish to go this route.- If you want an FC Room/Apartment, you will need to be comfortable using the plug-in, Makeplace.- Small, Medium, and Large houses can also be created through MakePlace with file and shopping list provided. Great alternative for those who cannot provide the full furniture budget upfront.PRICES AND TIMELINES

5 days - 1 week for completion
